Welcome back to a new year at Heatly!
Our High School and Elementary Libraries are now complete, and feature these new additions:
- A Middle School Fiction Section
- A New Computer Center (We are patiently waiting for our computers to be installed so our students can use them!
- Elementary Story Corner
Summer Reading Program Ends on a High Note
On August 16th, “Get a Clue at Your Library” Summer Reading Program came to a close. An awards ceremony was held to celebrate all our summer readers who completed 5 or more books. We were fortunate enough to have Assemblyman Ronald Canestrari be our honored guest. Assemblyman Canestrari is an avid supporter of summer reading throughout New York State. Assemblyman Canestrari spoke to our students and emphasized the importance of summer readings, and was gracious enough to offer to sponsor the program next year!
